I remember a teenager in Madrid, definitely a gifted sophisticated composer musician who explained to his audience that he would demonstrate his concept of nature expressed in music: wonderful harmonious notes teminated in horrible scratchy sounds. As far as I remember he wanted to illustrate the uselessnes of looking for a Unified Theory. Was it a juvenile revolt, or did he really grasp something true?
